Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the victim and the petitioner had love affairs and there are no such incriminating materials against the petitioner. He seeks for enlargement of the petitioner on bail.
Opposing such prayer learned Advocate for the State submits that there is specific implication of forcible sexual assault upon the victim. He seeks for dismissal of the application for bail.
Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the de facto complainant opposes such prayer for bail.
Perused the case diary and materials on record.
The victim clearly implicates this petitioner in the alleged offence. Considering the above materials and the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail being CRM(M) 394 of 2025 stands dismissed.
