The petitioner complains that, the second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 is yet to be considered and decided.

In the facts of the present case, it would be appropriate to request the Second Appellate Authority under the Act of 2005 to consider and decide the second appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 11319 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
