1. No one appears on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1, although the applicants and the alleged contemnor no. 2 are represented.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that during the pendency of this application, a new incumbent might has joined the post of the alleged contemnor no. 1.

3. Let the new incumbent be added as an alleged contemnor in this application.

4. Leave is granted to the applicants to add the new incumbent as an alleged contemnor.

5. Necessary amendment be done by tomorrow i.e. 11th December, 2025.

6. An amended copy of the application shall be served upon the added alleged contemnor by speed post with

AD within a fortnight and affidavit of service shall be filed to that effect on the next date.

7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 2 submits that his client has complied with the order of this Court.

8. List this matter for hearing under the same heading on 7th January, 2026 at 3.00 p.m.
