Petitioner is aggrieved that the information furnished on 17.04.2025 with the Officer-in-Charge, Gopiballavpur Police Station was not acted upon. Petitioner categorically states that there has been disturbance and obstruction created by the private respondents towards peaceful enjoyment and cultivation of the land.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Gopiballavpur Police Station. According to the report a land dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. Both of them are staking their claim over the land in issue. Police authorities have kept a strict vigil.

Police authorities would ensure that the surveillance continues and none of the parties would

interfere in respect of the cultivation carried out at their respective properties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10563 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
