Mr. Partha Bhanja Choudhury Mr. Ravi Kumar Dubey ...for the petitioners It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and the company has paid the respondent no. 3 the entire due amount in full and final settlement of the claim. The petitioners pray for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the settlement arrived at by and between the parties.

In view of the same, WPA No. 9097 of 2014 along with the application being CAN No. 3 of 2019 (Old No. CAN/932/2019) is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at by and between the parties [Annexure - 4 of the CAN No. 3 of 2019 (Old No. CAN/932/2014)].

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
