1. In terms of the order dated 3rd July, 2025 the learned Trial Court has sent a report. Perusal of the report it indicates that prosecution evidences has been completed and now comes at the stage of statement of accused and fixed for 12th August, 2025. Prosecution has also filed the report. Let both reports be taken on record.

2. Learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously without any further delay preferably within six months.

3. In this circumstances the learned counsel submits that he does not want to proceed with the case and this matter is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be in expression on the merits of the case.

6. Ms. Sonali Bhar learned advocate for the State submits that her appearance was not marked on the last order dated 03.07.2025. Let her appearance be marked on that date.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all usual requisite formalities. (Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J.)
