Mr. Dasgupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 12th July, 2024 has been complied with but there are some disputes with regard to the arrears paid. The applicants may take out separate proceedings in that regard.

Mr. Bhaskar Prosad Vaisya, learned counsel for the alleged contemnor denies the allegation of Mr. Dasgupta and submits that the order dated 12th July, 2024 has been complied with.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
