Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. On the leading statement of petitioner viz., Abdul Jubbar Sk. @ Mega, equipments used for manufacturing heroin have been recovered. Such recovery gives rise to a prima facie inference that petitioner was involved in dealing in narcotic substance. Under such circumstances and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in April, 2022 and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N. D. P. S. Act, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
