Mr. Swagata Datta Ms. Trenesha Chandra ....for the Petitioner On the prayer of learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the typographical error which has crept in the cause title of the civil revision application. Let such correction be carried out in course of this day.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Contai to dispose of the Title Suit No. 696 of 2021 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheet appended to this application this Court finds that 16th April, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is still pending.

In the light of the submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1677 of 2025 stands disposed by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Contai to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
