The petitioner had participated in the 7th SLST (AT)-TET of the subject Arabic. The petitioner is alleging that some of the questions in the said selection test were out of syllabus.

Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned advocate for the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission submits that to consider the said grievance of the petitioner, his client has constituted an expert committee, the petitioner may submit a comprehensive representation detailing which of the questions were out of syllabus and the Committee shall consider the same.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before the said Committee within a week from date.

The Madrasah Commission, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of it, shall dispose of the said representation, after giving the

learned advocate for the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have denied the respondents.

WPA 11475 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
