Pursuant to the direction given by this court on 25th August, 2021, the Administrator of Durgapur Vidyasagar Model High School has removed the person from the post of Principal of the concerned school and the Assistant Headmaster, who is the senior most teacher of the school, has been appointed as Acting Principal of the school. A communication to this effect sent to the petitioner by the Administrator is kept on record. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the private respondent has also handed over charge to the present Principal-in-charge on 9th September, 2021.

Thus the controversy evaporates and the matter is disposed of.
