The Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Nadia has filed a report. The report and the photographs are taken on record.

It appears that the order has been carried out. A fresh hearing was conducted and the petitioner was heard.

It is submitted that seven out of nine encroachers have been removed along with the encroachment and two are remaining. There are some disputes as regards the encroachment by two persons. The disputes travel into the private realm.

The petitioner will, however, be at liberty to challenge the reports and decision of the District Magistrate & Collector, Nadia in accordance with law.

Any dispute with regard to the demarcation of land may be taken up by the petitioner in accordance with law.

The alleged contemnors appear before this Court virtually today. Personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
