20.03.2025 (D/L-3) Ct. No.4 (B.K.N.) W.P.C.T. 106 of 2012 With CAN 1 of 2016 (Old No. CAN 1031 of 2016) Radha Raman Nandy Vs.
Union of India & Ors.
Mr. Santanu Mukherjee ...for the Petitioner We find that in paragraph 3 of the CAN for restoration the ground which has been taken to substantiate the default is founded on some allegations made against a stranger to the proceedings. We are, therefore, not inclined.
On being faced with such observation of the Court the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file an application for restoration afresh. Let the same be done within two weeks.
CAN 1 of 2016 (Old No. CAN 1031 of 2016) is disposed of.
