The petitioner seeks relaxation of conditions of bail imposed on him by the order dated May 3, 2024. One of the conditions was that he would deposit his passport before the learned Trial Court before his release. He says that he does not have any passport. The State seeks a little time to file a report. As requested, list the matter once again on 15.07.2024. The State shall try to find out whether or not the petitioner has any passport.
