Mr. Sakti Pada Jana ......For the Petitioner The petitioner's prayer before this court is this that he made one application for general transfer on special ground on 18th January, 2021 to the Commissioner of School Education, West Bengal being the Respondent No.2. That application has not been considered as yet.

I direct the Respondent No.2 being the Commissioner of School Education to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of service of a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ application upon him. The decision is to be taken by the Commissioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the decision is to be communicated to him within a period of two weeks after the three months period as aforesaid.

With the above observation this writ application is disposed of.
