Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if his representation dated 16.04.2024 is considered by the Special Land Acquisition Officer (Respondent No.4).

Learned Advocate for the respondent states that he has no objection in deciding the representation dated 16.04.2024 of the petitioner in a time bound manner preferably within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner from the date of communication of this order.

In view of the concession made by the learned Advocate for the respondent, petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.

Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of by the above terms.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
