Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

The grievance of the petitioners relate to Ratua P. S. Case No. 189 of 2022. Learned advocate submits that same person has been named in different form in the chargesheet as accused persons on number of occasions. Learned advocate for the petitioners further submits that till date although chargesheet has been submitted, but none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been supplied. Accordingly, the petitioners are granted liberty to canvass all the issues in the revisional application, if so advised, by taking out an application under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C.

The learned trial court would dispose of the same in accordance with ;aw without being influenced by any observations made by this court while disposing of the present revisional application.

The learned trial court is directed also to ascertain regarding the particular

contention whether a single person has been named on several occasion in the chargesheet.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1610 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
