Apparently, it is claimed that, petitioner is engaged in a racket of producing fake Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID Card and other related documents.

Police case is dated October 26, 2018. Charge-sheet was submitted on October 30, 2021.

In view of the long absconsion of the petitioiner and the materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
