Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

An incident of assault took place where four persons were injured.

One injured suffered fracture in the base of second proximal phalanx and another person suffered grievous hurt also. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1883 of 2023 is dismissed.
