2. Sufficient cause being shown for not being able to present before the Court on 1st February, 2024 when the appeal being FMA 647 of 2023 along with the stay petition was dismissed for default, the order dated 1st February, 2024 is recalled. The appeal and the stay petition are restored to the original files and numbers.
