One Madrasah namely, Hatisala Sarojini High Madrasah (H.S.) has published an advertisement in the notice board of the school for assistant teachers in education. The petitioner participated in the said selection process initiated by way of such notice and ultimately got appointment though his service has not been approved.

Such advertisement for recruiting teachers which was published only in the notice board of the school is wholly illegal as it is actually a surreptitious recruitment process and the same has no value in the eye of law. Therefore, the service of the petitioner is also illegal and the petitioner shall have no right to work in the said Madrasah as an assistant teacher.

The writ application is dismissed.
