Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the murder of the victim and as his prayer for bail was rejected in February, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances since the said rejection of bail and the trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

However, trial court is requested to expedite the trial and concluded the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
