Mr. Arindam Sen Mr. Rwitendra Banerjee Mr. Sourav Basu Mr. Samit Bhanja ....for the petitioner Mr. Srijib Chakraborty Ms. Pallavi Pain ....for the opposite party No.4 This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat to dispose of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party No.4. A copy of the civil revision application has been served upon Mr. Chakraborty in course of this day.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court is of the considered view that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the other opposite parties.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the application under Order

7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure has already commenced.

From the order sheets appended to this civil revision application, this Court finds that May 21, 2025 is fixed for hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, CO 1680 of 2025 stands disposed by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Barasat to make an endeavour to see that the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure is disposed as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
