In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite party is deemed necessary.

C.O. 1281 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Second Additional Court at Alipore, District-South 24 Parganas to dispose of the application under Section 7(1) and (2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 pending in the said court in connection with Ejectment Suit No.230 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, positively within one month from the date of communication of this order to the court below and thereafter to proceed with the hearing of the suit itself and dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within one year from the date of disposal of the application under Section 7(1) and (2) of the 1997 Act. The petitioners shall communicate this order to the defendant/opposite party and/or the learned advocate

appearing for the opposite party in the court below as well as the trial court itself at the earliest, along with a server copy.

The parties as well as the court below shall act on the communication of this order by the learned advocate for the petitioners, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent website certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
