This matter has been mentioned by the respondent no.8 for correction of the order dated July 15, 2021. Inadvertently there appear to be some mistakes. The names of Mr. Aniruddha Chatterjee and Mr. Abdur Rakib be included as the learned advocates for the respondent no.8.

Let a further sentence be inserted at the end of the third paragraph in page 2 of the order after the expression "conclusion" as follows: "All earlier communications between the parties including the alleged letter of resignation of the Pradhan and the requisition stand quashed."

Let the correction be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated July 15, 2021 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
