1. Petitioner/defendant no.1 prays for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.30 of 2022. The order sheets, however, reveal that since November, 2022 the petitioner has been taking time. On 20th November, 2023 the plaintiff had filed a petition praying for time for taking steps. On 25th January, 2024 the plaintiff again took time for taking steps.

2. From the order sheet disclosed before this Court it does not appear that service on all the defendants is complete.

3. Having regard thereto, I find no scope to allow the prayer for expeditious disposal of the suit at this stage.

4. The revisional application is, accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
