Das ... for the de facto complainant It is submitted on behalf of the accused and the de facto complainant that all disputes that had led to the registration of the FIR have been finally settled between the private parties and the de facto complainant does not want to proceed with the matter.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State would not come in the way of any settlement.

It appears that a settlement has been arrived at between the private parties of all disputes that had led to the initiation of the impugned proceeding.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the private parties, I hereby quash the impugned proceeding in GR(S) No.853/2024 arising out of Shakespeare Sarani Police Station

Case No.149 dated 09.09.2024 on the ground of compromise and settlement between the private parties.

The revisional application along with application is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
