Mr. Datta, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and submits a report of the Officer-in-Charge of Swarupnagar Police Station, Basirhat Police District. Let the same be kept with the record.

Report reflects that supplementary charge-sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Passports Act. The petitioner is on interim bail. His application for bail is confirmed. So far as the terms and conditions so imposed, the same would continue until further orders.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (SB) 116 of 2022 is disposed of.
