We have considered the materials on record. 420 numbers of buprenorphine injection containing narcotics was recovered from a vehicle which is owned by the petitioner. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner was in possession of the said narcotics for medicinal purpose. Co-accused who are on bail/anticipatory bail do not stand on the same footing with the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
