3. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the State respondents to change the investigating officer of a criminal case lodged by the petitioner.

4. From the documents annexed to the writ petition it appears that the subject case is pending consideration before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. The petitioner ought to have approached the said forum first prior to moving the instant writ petition.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court where the criminal case is pending for necessary relief.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
