Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the direction in the judgment dated 11th December, 2020 could not be carried out by reason of the pandemic and the State Assembly Elections. The Interview List was ultimately published on 21st June, 2021. The petitioners are represented. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this application for extension of time was affirmed on the very date when the Commission was directed to publish the Interview List.

Upon hearing counsel this Court is of the view that since the Interview List has already been published on 21st June, 2021, the present application for extension of time to publish such list has become infructuous.

CAN 5 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
