Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was not directly implicated in the FIR. The principal accused has been granted bail. Although the alleged date of occurrence is of 2019, the FIR was registered only in 2024. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and submits as follows. The petitioner issued a fake appointment letter and took money in his own account. There is a criminal antecedent of the present petitioner. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the materials available in the case diary including the statements of independent witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1610 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
