Ms. Somoshree Saha ...for the petitioner Mr. Arjun Roy Mukherjee Ms. Tuli Sinha ...for the State Ms. Saha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner used to work as Collector under the Egra Regulated Market Committee (ERMC)/the respondent No. 9 since 2000, the petitioner has been disengaged from service as a Collector.

The petitioner made a representation on March 12, 2023 for consideration of his representation for filling up the vacant post of Collectors in ERMC.

Mr. Roy Mukherjee, learned counsel appears on behalf of the State-respondents.

Considering the submissions of the parties and the materials placed on record, this Court directs the representation of the petitioner dated March 12, 2023 be considered in accordance with law, at the time when the authorities decide to fill

up the vacancies for Collectors in the respondent No. 9/Committee.

With the direction aforesaid, WPA 10657 of 2023 is disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited to the present writ petition, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.
