Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Report is placed on record. Petitioner no.1 is a proclaimed offender in another case. Petitioner No.2 is absconding in other cases registered against him.

We have considered the materials on record. Keeping in mind the involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance and as petitioner no.1 is a proclaimed offender in an earlier case and the petitioner no.2 has criminal antecedents, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
