Mr. Bhaskar Mandal ...for the petitioner Mr. Rajarshi Basu Mr. K.M. Hossain ...for the State The petitioner has produced one death certificate of her husband namely Babur Ali Gazi and the other death certificate of her mother namely Jahanara Bibi. In compliance with the direction the original of these two death certificates have been produced which have been perused and returned to the petitioner.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) being respondent no.4 to call a meeting of the School Authority and also the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, the said respondent no.4 shall pass one reasoned and speaking order by two weeks from the date of hearing and the order should be communicated to the petitioner by one week thereafter. If the petitioner is entitled to get the family pension for the death of her mother, there shall not be

any delay in giving such family pension after hearing of the parties as has been indicated above.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
