The challenge involved in this writ petition relates to a period during 2016 for granting charge for preparation of marks in favour of an Assistant Teacher though there was the Assistant Head Master of the school who was superior in hierarchy.

Subsequently, the specific rule has been introduced with its statutory flavor in 2018.

This Court is also informed that, at present, Head Master is available in the school.

Considering the above, this Court is of the firm view that, the issue has become stale with the passage of time and not required to be addressed any further. This writ petition, WPA 8019 of 2016 stands disposed of, without any finding.
