Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the minor child is yet to be recovered.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the age of the victim and considering the fact that she is yet to be recovered and considering the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM 4651 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
