Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner is in custody for about 604 days. It is submitted examination of the victim is complete and he is not the principal accused.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the deposition of the victim wherefrom it appears that petitioner played an active role in procuring the minor for sexual exploitation.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
