Reports submitted by the State be kept with the record. I find that the process relating to proclamation was completed on 06.05.2024 i.e. after filing and during the pendency of the present revisional application. Having considered the fact that the petitioner was earlier on bail, I direct the petitioner to appear before the learned trial court by 30.05.2024. In case the petitioner appears before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly in connection with Khanakul Police Station Case No. 218 of 2021 dated 29.05.2021 and the learned trial court finds that the petitioner was earlier on bail, in that case the learned trial court will allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail, but will direct the petitioner for furnishing fresh bond.

However, if the petitioner do not appear by 30.05.2024, the learned trial court would revive the suspension of proclamation so issued by this Court and direct for attachment of the properties in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1746 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
