This is an application of 2017. The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of proceeding pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrat, Serampore being G.R Case No. 45/2010 arising out of Jangipara PS Case no. 6/2010 dated 12.01.2010 under Sections 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

However, on earlier two occasions, neither the petitioner was represented nor any accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1315 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
