Petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition of bail granted by the order dated September 21, 2021.

In particular, the petitioner seeks waiver of the condition that requires the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station and report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station.

State is represented.

The order of bail granted on September 21, 2021 contains various conditions. The petitioner is unable to produce any materials on record suggest that the conditions imposed by such order need not be complied with by reason of an incident happening or otherwise.

In such circumstances, we are unable to modify any of the conditions for bail at this stage.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed.
