Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including injury report which shows grievous injuries on various parts of the body of the victim including her private parts. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
