1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred a detailed representation dated 11th February, 2026 (Annexure P-3), which is pending consideration before the District Inspector (S.E.), Office of the District Inspector of Schools, which may be directed to be decided by passing a reasoned order.

3. The representation is pregnant with all relevant allegations regarding improper functioning etc.

4. The innocuous prayer is allowed. The petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:

i) The petitioner shall resubmit the said representation along with server copy of this order before the District Inspector(S.E.) within 15 days from today;

ii) In turn, the said District Inspector shall consider and decide the representation by passing reasoned and speaking order;

iii) It shall be the duty of the said District Inspector to deal with each and every point raised in the representation and if necessary, it will be open for the District Inspector (S.E.) to cause relevant enquiry for the purpose.

iv) The reasoned and speaking order be passed within 45 days from the date of production of said representation.

5. With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of.
