The petitioner/wife of the opposite party no. 2 has filed this application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashing and/or setting aside of the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta in Miscellaneous Case no. 80/2015 thereby depriving the petitioner/wife to cross examine the opposite party no. 2/husband. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 1324 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being CRAN 2/2018 (Old CRAN 9/2018) is, thus, disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
