Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today by the Counsel for the petitioner be taken on record. The petitioner is aggrieved by nonconsideration by the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas of an application dated 5th March, 2021 being M. No. 207 of 2021 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short SARFEASI Act, 2002).

In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas shall dispose of the petitioner's application under Section 14 of the SARFEASI Act, 2002 as stated above, mandatorily and positively within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
