This intra-Court appeal takes exception to the order dated 3.8.2022 passed in WPA No.12697 of 2022 wherein the learned Single Judge issued direction to the concerned police station to implement the order of injunction. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in the matter and, therefore, has not decided to prosecute the present appeal.
The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
