The de facto complainant's wife and the mother of the applicant Radha Devi Agarwal had pre deceased the de facto complainant. The said written instruction be made part of the record.

It is submitted that they are not willing to be substituted or impleaded in place of their late father in the proceedings either before the trial Court or before this Court. Accordingly, considering the said facts and circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction to the petitioners to approach the trial Court for necessary orders.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
