Case No. 92 of 2017 dated 16.05.2017 against an order of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhanngar, North 24 Parganas, allowing further investigation under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The said proceeding in Bidhannagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 393 of 2017 has been quashed by this Court vide its judgment and order dated 31.01.2023 in CRR 121 of 2019.

In view of the present status, the present revisional application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
