Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police received a number of complaints. So far as the complaint of the petitioner dated May 28, 2021, the same was registered as First Information Report on May 29, 2021 and on completion of investigation, a charge sheet was submitted.

In the facts of the present case, the police taking steps as noted above including investigating the complaint dated May 28, 2021 by the petitioner and submitting a charge sheet thereof, no further interference is called by the writ Court at this stage. W.P.A. 11415 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
