Learned advocate for the State submits that over the selfsame incident, which is alleged in the complaint of the petitioner sent by registered post, a FIR was registered and a charge sheet filed. Since the complaint of the petitioner relates to the same incident, the police entered the compliant of the petitioner in part IV of the register maintained with the police station. The police taking steps with regard to the incident investigating the same and submitting a charge sheet and treating the complaint of the petitioner as noted above, further interference by a writ court at this stage is not called for. WPA 11333 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
